Accommodates guests by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately to services and products; checking them into the system, getting the waivers filled and notifying the managers/owners of any questions or concerns from the guests.
• Welcome guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries regarding playtime, events and birthday parties
• Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
